Delete your SMS Forwarder data

You can ask us to delete the server-side connection data associated with your SMS Forwarder installation.

How to request deletion

1. Open SMS Forwarder on the phone you want removed.
2. Tap Report a problem.
3. Enter Delete my data and send the request.

If you cannot open the app, email [email protected] with the subject SMS Forwarder data deletion. Send the request from your connected forwarding email when possible. We may ask for limited information to verify that the installation belongs to you.

What we delete

• the registered device connection and authentication record;
• the verified forwarding email and connected Telegram destination identifier;
• delivery usage totals and connection timestamps;
• problem reports linked to the installation, unless retention is required for security or legal reasons.

What is not stored

SMS message text and sender details are processed only for delivery and are not kept in cloud message history. Pending messages and the visible activity list remain on your phone; clear them in the app or uninstall the app to remove its local data.

Timing and limited retention

Verified requests are processed within 30 days. We may retain limited purchase, fraud-prevention, security, or accounting records when required by law or necessary to protect the service. Those records are isolated from active forwarding and kept only for the required period.
